Welcome to Leke Ademo Content Posting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our application (the “Service”), including its integration with TikTok, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

  1. Description of Service

The Service allows authorized users to connect their TikTok account in order to view, manage, upload, and publish video content to their own TikTok profile.

  1. Account Connection

By connecting your TikTok account to the Service, you authorize us to access certain information and perform certain actions on your behalf, limited to the permissions you explicitly grant during the TikTok authorization process. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting the Service.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to post content that violates TikTok’s policies
  • Use the Service to access or manage accounts you are not authorized to manage
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
  1. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of any content you upload, publish, or manage through the Service. We claim no ownership rights over your content. Content published through the Service is subject to TikTok’s own terms regarding content ownership and licensing.

  1. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content will be published successfully.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content posting errors, account suspension by TikTok, or data loss.

  1. Third-Party Platform

The Service integrates with TikTok’s API. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own Terms of Service, and we are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok, including changes to its API, policies, or availability.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
